The Hacienda Riquelme golf resort was released in February 2004, and adds another Nicklaus Design 18 hole course to the other three available to owners and their guests. The 1.3 million square metres site will include 1,864 apartments, a Country Club, Golf School and a Town Centre complex.

As with the other resorts Hacienda Riquelme golf resort will feature wide open spaces and vegetation to create a tranquil, attractive environment.

The focus of Hacienda Riquelme is the Country Club. It will be the place to meet, to eat and to drink as well as partaking in the various sports facilities on offer.

The Town Centre at Hacienda Riquelme will feature the same environment, features and facilities of the other Polaris World resorts at El Valle and Mar Menor.
